• A punchy style Gisborne Chardonnay with spicy, lightly toasted aromas which open to flavours of yellow fleshed peach and ripe citrus supplemented by nutty oak. Layered with generous warm fruit which is beautifully balanced with fine acidity. The finish has persistent length and complexity from the wild fermentation and extended aging in French barriques on full yeast lees. Beautiful served with fresh snapper and a squeeze of lemon.
  • A beautifully perfumed Gewürztraminer with classic rosewater, spice and lemon drop aromas. The palate is fresh and elegant with abundant flavours of lychee, citrus and hints of tropical ripe fruit. This is a stunning example of a Gisborne Gewurztaminer with lovely palate weight and an excellent clean off-dry finish. Try this wine with Asian spiced dishes.
  • Gentle delicate aromas of fresh pear, ripe lemon and hints of spice lead through to a rich  mouth full of classic Pinot Gris flavours of pears, apples and floral notes. Delicious concentration, lively acidity and sweetness make it well balanced with a gorgeous lengthy finish. Perfect wine to enjoy with a fresh summer Thai salad.
